Perfectil Original for Skin, Hair and Nails
Perfectil Original from Vitabiotics is a daily supplement providing combined nutritional support for skin, hair and nails in one easy to swallow tablet. It brings together vitamins, minerals and other nutrients chosen for these three tissues, and is suitable for all skin types.
How it works
Skin, hair and nails are all made of rapidly renewing tissue, which is why they tend to show the effects of a nutritional shortfall before anything else does. The formula supplies nutrients with recognised roles in their maintenance: biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and selenium and vitamin E help protect cells from oxidative stress.
How to use it
Take the tablets as directed on the pack, with or just after your main meal and with water or a cold drink. Do not chew them. Consistency matters more than anything else here, since these tissues renew slowly and a supplement works through steady intake over months rather than producing a quick change.
