Abdullah Sabyah is Chairman and CEO at Rightangled and the organisation’s WDA(h) Responsible Person. He is a scientist-entrepreneur and healthcare professional, and a co-founder of Rightangled, with a background in personalised medicine and at-home testing innovation.
Dr. Alhasan
Medical Director
Dr. Abdullah Alhasan is Medical Director at Rightangled and a licensed physician specialising in weight management, including GLP-1 therapies. He leads safe, structured prescribing and clinical governance across digital care pathways.
Ayesha Qazi
Superintendent Pharmacist
Ayesha Qazi specialises in weight management and minor ailments, delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care. She has a GP practice background with chronic disease management across hypertension, diabetes, respiratory conditions, and mental health.
Afsaneh Gowhari
Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
Afsaneh Gowhari is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and a UCL graduate with community pharmacy experience, including Boots. She holds a Master’s degree in aesthetic and non-surgical procedures and supports Rightangled’s clinical team, with clinical interests in weight management and skin health.

Dalal Shames is a Prescribing Independent Pharmacist and a UCL graduate, delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care through optimised and individualised treatment plans. Her clinical interests include weight management, dermatology, and women’s health, with a focus on safe prescribing, preventative health, and sustainable long-term wellbeing outcomes.

Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
Alexandra Tivadar is an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist specialising in weight management, with a strong background in diabetes care and a Master’s degree in Clinical Drug Development. She is passionate about supporting people with chronic conditions to improve long-term health and lifestyle outcomes, alongside a professional interest in the preclinical and clinical development of medicines.
Our story
2017
The Foundation
The journey of Rightangled began with a personal health crisis that struck close to home for co-founder Floriane. A family member, prescribed Plavix (Clopidogrel) for post-stroke recovery, faced severe side effects like gum bleeding and bruising. These complications, coupled with the medication's apparent ineffectiveness, starkly highlighted the necessity for a more personalised approach to treatment. Motivated by this experience, Floriane & Abdullah set out to change how medical treatments are prescribed.
2018
NHS Funding
With Abdullah's knowledge about genetics and it's influence on the way people respond to drugs, he and Flo set out to make genetic information more accessible. This led to the development of a new service that integrates genetic insights into medical practice. The project later received the approval and funding from NHS England, through one of it's innovation adoption arms (the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network). What started as a push to improve healthcare for a family member has turned into the Rightangled's goal to shake up the traditional healthcare system.
2020
Innovation and Expansion
Over the next 4 years, Rightangled focused on developing innovative home testing technologies that could inform more accurate and individualised treatment plans. The company grew rapidly, establishing itself as a leader in home-based healthcare solutions, expanding their services to cater to a broader range of medical conditions and patient needs.
2023
A New Chapter
In 2023, Rightangled entered a transformative phase, becoming part of the Sibie Group. This new alliance enabled Rightangled to partner with Medetone online pharmacies, part of Sibie’s subsidiary companies. Together, they began to dispense prescriptions directly to patients, streamlining the process from genetic testing to treatment delivery. This partnership marked a significant milestone, enhancing the integration of personalised medicine into everyday healthcare.
