FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Does it contain dairy or soya allergens?

Yes. The protein blend is derived from milk (whey), and the product contains soy lecithin as an emulsifier. It is not suitable if you have a milk protein allergy or soya allergy. Always check the label.

When is the best time to take it?

Most people take a serving within 30 minutes after exercise, when the body is primed to use protein for muscle recovery. It can also be used as a convenient protein source at other times of day, such as between meals or at breakfast.

Can I mix it with milk instead of water?

Yes. Mixing with milk gives a creamier taste and adds extra protein and calories, which suits people looking to gain weight or recover after heavy training. Mixing with water keeps the calorie count lower and is absorbed slightly faster.

Is this a food supplement or a medicine?

It is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is intended to supplement a balanced diet, not to replace meals or treat any medical condition. If you have questions about protein intake alongside a medical treatment, contact our pharmacy team at info@rightangled.com.
