Rybelsus Tablets (Semaglutide)

Rybelsus (Semaglutide) is a once-daily tablet used to treat type 2 diabetes. It contains the same active ingredient as Ozempic, but in a convenient oral form, providing an alternative to injections. Rybelsus works by mimicking the effects of a hormone in the body that helps regulate insulin secretion and glucose metabolism while also reducing hunger and increasing feelings of fullness, leading to weight loss.

Rybelsus should be taken on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before your first meal of the day.

Rybelsus (Semaglutide) is an oral tablet taken once a day that needs to be dissolved under the tongue with or without food. To ensure effective absorption, it's important not to chew, swallow or drink fluids for at least two minutes after taking the tablet. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your usual dosing schedule.

The initial dose for weight loss is 3mg, which you should take for at least four weeks. Once stabilized on 3mg, you can gradually increase to 7mg and then 14mg if required. This incremental increase is designed to promote sustainable and healthy weight loss.

Rybelsus (Semaglutide) should be stored at room temperature and in its original packaging until ready for use. Protect the medication from light and moisture and avoid storing it in the bathroom or other areas with high humidity.
